At MIC Insurance Company, S.A., we are committed to providing a quality service based on proximity, transparency, and personalized attention. If you are not satisfied with any of our services, you may submit a complaint or claim, which will be handled promptly by our Customer Service Department.
Who can file a complaint or claim?
Complaints or claims may be submitted by:
- Policyholders, insured persons, beneficiaries, or injured third parties.
- Legal representatives or duly authorized individuals.
This service is also available to receive complaints or claims from clients residing in European Union (EU) member states where MIC Insurance Company, S.A. operates under the freedom to provide services (LPS).

What should your complaint include?
To ensure proper processing, your complaint or claim should include:
- Identification details of the claimant (full name, national ID/passport number, address, and contact details).
- Policy or claim number, if applicable.
- Clear and detailed description of the issue.
- Any supporting documentation, if available.
Response time:
Once your complaint is received, our Customer Service Department will review it and provide a written response within a maximum of two months, or within a shorter period if required by the applicable regulations of the country where the service was provided.

Your data will be retained only for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the stated purposes and in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and portability of your personal data, as well as to object to its processing, under the conditions established by the GDPR.
