Statutory Risks, insurances for territorial employers
This insurance protects the employer risk to the community when the agent (CNRACL and IRCANTEC) is in stoppage of work.
The employer receives compensation from the insurer when he pays the wages of his agents absent for health reasons (Act No. 84-53 of 26 January 1984, governing the status of civil servants of the territorial civil service).
Absences may be of different kinds, such as accidents at work or private life, as well as medical expenses, ordinary diseases, maternity, paternity, adoption, ordinary or long-term illness.

Who can take out Statutory Risk insurance?
